As a pensioner of the Caixa Andorrana de Seguretat Social (CASS) residing abroad, you must undergo a proof of life check every May and November. To this end, the CASS offers its pensioners the following options:
 | Video call service: To use this option, all you need to do is schedule an appointment by calling (+376) 870 870, have the WhatsApp app on the phone on which the video call is to be made and have an identification document (ID Card or Passport) to hand. |
 | In person at the CASS offices: In this case, you must schedule an appointment by calling (+376) 870 870 or by visiting www.cass.ad/no-faci-cues and setting the day and time to carry out the procedure in person at Customer Service - Life Certificate. |
 | Mail: The original Life Certificate must be sent to the CASS offices. The certificate will only be accepted if it has been issued by an official public body (town hall, civil registry office, police, etc.) and if it was issued on the 1st day of the month in which the proof of life check is carried out, in May and November. Data and documents to be provided by the insured person with the Life Certificate: In the Life Certificate document, you must indicate the CASS number you have as an insured person (handwritten). A copy of your identity document must be attached to the Life Certificate. |
If you do not carry out the check, payment of the pension will be suspended until you submit the "Life Certificate" and up to a maximum of three years since the last payment.
